Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within Australia using Australia Post Standard shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ulu Lounge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Duties and taxes are not applicable for USA orders as we use a local fulfillment partner.

Damages

Ulu Lounge  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

USA Shipping Policy

Local Fulfillment

We are now fulfilling your favorite Ulu Lounge pieces directly within the USA, which means faster delivery and no hidden costs. Please note that, at this stage, only a curated selection of our styles is available for USA shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $20 on all USA orders.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Duties & Tariffs

We will not be charging you any duties or tariffs on your order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly, Ulu Lounge is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package goes missing, please reach out to us at admin@ululounge.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

 

International Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates


We offer a flat rate of $20 AUD for international orders,  for standard shipping services. Estimated delivery time 6-26 days. 

For Express Shipping, we use DHL Express at a flat rate of $60 AUD. Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days.

 Shipping Methods:

We utilize trusted shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance processes, and other factors beyond our control.

Order Processing:

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Duration:

Estimated shipping times will be provided during checkout and may vary depending on the destination country.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to customs procedures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Standard:   6-26 days

Duties and Taxes

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. 

Unfortunately, Ulu Lounge has no control when it comes to processing times or duty rates accorded by Customs in your relevant country. Please note that Duties and taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total order value if the order is returned.

Order Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for all destinations or shipping methods.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays or misplacements.

We are not responsible for orders lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges:

Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies to all orders. 

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information on eligibility criteria and procedures.

For international returns, the cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag. 

 

PRE-ORDERS

If your item is on pre-order, this will be dispatched once it becomes available. You can find estimated delivery timeframes on the product page of your chosen item. If your order contains multiple items with one or more pre-orders, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch. If you’d like to organise for your items to be sent separately, please drop us a line at admin@ululounge.com

Please note pre-order time frames are a delivery estimate only and are subject to change. Please let us know if you are hoping to have your pre-order item by a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate.
